Jeremy Ross is an executive producer specializing in new product and new business development. He has supervised production of PC and console games, mobile apps and social media, film, video, 3D animation, visual effects, books, toys and merchandise.

For the past six years Jeremy was head of new product development at TOKYOPOP where he was responsible for adapting the company’s original manga (Asian-style comics) into mobile apps, games and other media.

Previously, Jeremy held positions at innovative 3D animation company Kleiser-Walczak/Synthespian Studios, the trans-media publisher Callaway Arts & Entertainment, and Byron Preiss Multimedia where he directed and produced several award-winning standalone and online games co-published with Microsoft.

Skilled at leading teams to deliver complex software and media projects on time and on budget, Jeremy has a proven track record in business development, negotiation and deal execution, hands-on knowledge of creative project management and software development.

Jeremy is a compelling speaker and product evangelist as well. He is a member of the Producers Guild of America and the Board of Advisors for the Joe Kubert School of Cartooning. Jeremy holds an MFA in Photography from The Visual Studies Workshop and a BA from Brown University.

Born in Norwalk, CT, Jeremy then spent his early years in London where his dad was posted for LIFE magazine. His pre-college years were spent in New England, primarily in Connecticut. He was fated to be a Red Sox fan living in a town full of Mets and Yankees lovers. Such is life.

He is an accomplished drummer and percussionist who played in bands and recorded throughout his teens and twenties. His favorite days as a drummer came when touring and recording with Vermont band Road Apple and performing with Brian Cullman’s band in NYC and New England.

Jeremy is currently based in Sherman Oaks, CA.
